A 60-minute class designed to meet you where you're at, gentle yet challenging, with each session tailored to the students in the room. This nervous system-informed practice weaves mindful movement, breath work, meditation, and remedial principles together. It subtly connects mind, body, and spirit in a way that feels accessible and grounding, using language everyone can relate to. Suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you’re rebuilding, maintaining, or simply looking for deeper presence in your day.
